Bumthang is often known as the ‘cultural heartland’ of Bhutan.
Duration: 3 Days
Starts: Toktu Zampa (Bumthang)
Ends: Mesithang, Tang (Bumthang)
Cover: Numerous temples and number of small villages. Phephe La (3,360), the highest point on trek route.
Season: Spring/ Autum

• DAY 01: BUMTHANG – NGANG LHAKHANG (4hrs)
• DAY 02: NANG L’HANG – UGYENCHOLING (8hrs)
• DAY 03: UGYENCHOLING – BUMTHANG (4 hrs)
